I went to an actual running shoe store. They measured all kinds of metrics for both of my feet and brought me out a few pairs of shoes to try that were in the range on my dimensions. One pair fit like a glove, costed like $180, but any given running store will have more and less expensive pairs given your budget. This is 100% something you want to have a professional for you for.
