spread your meals out, five meals a day, don't make them big, just enough to hold you over.
Go buy some high protein peanut butter and spread that on some toast in the morning with some 2% milk and egg whites.
Buy a bag of granola and grade A greek yogurt with some berries.
you need some healthy fats, for this, eat avocado, salmon, and tree nuts like cashews, almonds and walnuts.
see if you can acquire some high calorie whey protein as well.
Poultry and fish is a good source of lean protein.
