so i've been using pic related but i can't feel anything... i've already gone more than 2 scoops but on an empty stomach i might have a slight rush for about 15 min and then it's gone. should i do 3 full scoops?

Stop wasting your money on shit that's mostly caffeine but costs 6x as much, just use Caffeine pills and ephedrine. Creatine isn't a preworkout, and the other two are just amino acids so they're basically doing nothing unless you don't eat protein anyways.

beta alanine is a weak stimulant, the right way to use it is like creatine, you are supposed to saturate the blood. If it tingles alot that means you are carb depleted or you don't take beta alanine often enough

Either you got a shit product or you have some kind of massive tolerance to caffeine. Try caffeine pills on an empty stomach. Hell, try ephedrine as a pre workout. Not only is it a stimulant but it also opens up your airways a bit. I've never liked pre workouts. They're expensive and I would rather just pack my own pills.
