Are trap bar diddlys a meme /b/ros?

I always feel like I hit different groups when I use them. But fuark do I lift a hell of a lot more. Also I feel like a get a better workout.
So much easier to hold onto and grade A for farmer walks

if trap bar deadlifts hit quads and conventional deadlifts hit glutes and hamstrings, could you just do only those two?

What about your calves
>>37634542
of course you'd do accessories like calves too, but my question remains
>>37634530
Bump because I'm actually wondering this now too
No. They're fine if you do them at the same angle as a deadlift. Most people drop their ass and use quads, basically turning it into a squat-like lift.
Of course, trapbar hack squats aren't a bad lift either. They're just not a dead lift

I actually don't see why not

syes

You'd be better off doing hack squats for your quads but it depends on what feels comfy too.
