Do it anyways because no matter how much I hate the pain in my legs or being out of breath or my heart pumping when I do cardio or lift, I like it so much more than my legs hurting, being out of breath or my heart pumping when Im not doing cardio and its because Im morbidly obese and dying from an infection in my beetus foot because I couldnt control how much control food and laziness had over me.

Trick yourself. I hate cardio like running but I'll ride my bike or swim for hours. Maybe take up a part-time job doing landscaping or manual labor and lift heavy stuff all day and make some side cash.
