Also yeah its not much, but Im a woman so I really just need dumbells, calisthenics, cardio and I have a bar and weights for compounds. Live in a pretty small apartment right now since Im in NYC so not much room for anything else. I just dont like going to real gym. Husband goes twice a day but I dont work and hate to drive so I stole my inlaws shit until my lifts are too big for what I have. It depends, i try to do my compounds before isolations. I got careless with my caloric intake so now im flabby so I added some cardio to my routine.
It takes me usually 90 minutes to 2 hours. About 3x a week, would go more often but im working now :(
