I praise myself after every set; just a mental thumbs-up or, "Good job." When I complete the day's workout, I allow myself to watch a movie that evening

successful workout? what the fuck does this even mean? just go fucking do your workout and get on with your life - you're the type of fag that wears namebrand shirts and shit of the protein powder you buy, jesus christ, you're not pulling a merger with a multi-million dollar company or winning a 5K, you're going into a climate controlled, safe area with other people in usually broad daylight and lifting preset amounts of weight to look good
when you have to for some reason chase down game with your bare hands for nourishment and fail, get hit by a car on your way to work out, or have bones broken from a freak accident in the gym, then you can say you whether or not you had a "successful workout" and decide if you want to "treat yourself"
