you're almost certainly eating more than 2500 calories.

track your calories in minute detail over the course of a few weeks to see how much you're actually eating.

Dawg, you just have a slower metabolism like myself. I've gone from 210 in January, to 160 now by just walking 10 miles a day at work, doing bodyweight exercises, and eating about 1600 calories a day, with a 4 to 1 ratio of fruit to protein (Only rotisserie chicken as I'm lazy). All I drink is water, green tea, and sometimes coffee.

I consume everyday about 1500 calories or less, and on Saturdays I cheatmeal and eat about 2000+cals. Have been doing this since January, and will continue to do this while increasing workload until I get down to about 135lbs (I'm 5'8", manlet but no dwarf).

Just do what you need to do, on a deficit. If you're fat do things at a deficit not at a surplus,
