My forearms are long as fuck compared to my upper arms, and I keep reading that they're the absolute biggest dealbreaker when it comes to weightlifting, providing no mechanical advantage and only creating a ton of big disadvantages. Even heard that Polish screening process for children automatically disqualifies any kid with long forearms, no matter what other good perks he may have.

Just homegym m80, I got a barbell and some weights secondhand for less than 100 euros at my parents place so I can lift even when I'm not at my usual gym. Its not ideal, but it's a start and you can get pretty far with enough practice.

Your back is going way too far forward even for the lowbar squat. Wear a belt and brace as hard as you fucking can and you will be making the leg gains believe me.

No one in this general even does lowbar though so you should consider that.

i haven't been following a program recently because of school. i was 5 weeks into takano's cii, but had to stop because finals week. i'm looking to start a new program tomorrow, monday, so i need to choose one now.

i have a nasty habit of not following programs.
