anyway I don't waste my fucking time on "preworkouts" beyond the occasional black coffee now, and I don't even take that every workout.
I do still have half a can of old pre-ban DMAA-1,3 jack3d sitting around though
Tfw just got into pre workouts, and it was amazing todday.
Literally the ONLY THING THAT MATTERS: caffeine before workout, and sipping a carbohydrate/glucose drink during workout.
