this, i remember everybody on /fit/ stopped doing preacher curls after that tripfag nunubear teared his tendon doing warmups
>doing preacher curls

honestly, I keep the curls to low weight. chinups/pull ups for arm gains.
Not a serious injury, but my shoulders are imbalanced from doing too many push-ups without doing enough back exercises. Now whenever I raise my arms, they click. To fix it I'm gonna do some rotator cuff exercises, rear delt flies, and pull-ups. I'm also going to stop doing push-ups for a couple weeks.

I dont know if this is typical, but my elbows fucking HURT. I know what DOMS feels like but I was wondering if elbow pain is normal. I do bi and tri 2 times a week..

That's how I felt before my tendon ripped off the bone. You might wanna get an MRI just in case.

How was I to know? It happened out of nowhere.
I hurt my lower back and shoulder, i thank scooby every day that the damage was not permanent.
Doing a thorough warm up and doing twice weekly hip and rotator cuff work has been a fucking godsend for my joints and my gains.

Wait, for real? Please dont fuck with me anon, my lifts arent even that impressive...
>>37533743
why the fuck do you do bi and tri twice a week
you get tri and bi work from back, chest and shoulder work too
give your elbow joints a break

i tried preachers for two weeks and I gave up bc they made my bicep tendons sore
>>37533569
What part of your elbows hurt?
>>37533875
anterior aspect of it. if the point of your elbow is the origin, theres a thick strip on aching that ascends a fourth of the way up my triceps on both sides and down the forearm for 3 inches..
Broke my arm in rugby. Shit sucked, was out for 8 weeks.
