Best compound exercise for the glutes? I'm so flat-assed. Please no low-bar squat, I have a hard time doing low-bar because of my flexibility
Deadlifts and squats

Regular squats, possibly lunges. If you want to isolate it, just do weighted glute bridges.

hip thrust.
you can move as much or more weight as a squat, and focus it all right on the glutes.
i literally dont even squat anymore.
it is the single most underrated lift, and essentially a deadlift, with a range of motion
