I usually wear them as underwear, and then throw some shorts over them, if they're not ripped and I need to, I take the shorts off. Pretty comfy, and saves on needing knee wraps.

I think I look amazing with a good leg pump wearing those, but I'm too afraid of being labelled homosex wearing those without shorts over top.
