Low "intermediate" would be a fucking pathetic result.

According to symmetric strength, 75kg Bench for 5 was intermediate for me; on SS I reached 92.5kg for five.

If you're stalling at low "intermediate", eat more calories.

one question, do you measure your arm at rest?
I mean, my arm is 13 and something while flexing the bicep, and 12ish at total rest.
also your weight and high make me think what I thought would be just a quick cut might be more.
I'm 6'1'' and 185.

Looking to bring the Intermediates to Proficient, the Proficient parts to Advanced, and the Advanced parts to Exceptional in the next few months, which should place me at/near 1/2/4, then I'll work on the 3.

I'm not entirely sure why my DL is so lacking I feel as if it must be form but when I get someone to form check me im all good. pretty much my DL progress has been on par with my back squat progress and I feel as if it should be way higher any tips or even anecdotal experience would be much appreciated.

Taller people will be naturally heavier regardless of strength so yeah it does kinda favour manlets. Which is fine powerlifting isn't really ideal for tall guys I suppose.

161 lbs.
Lifting a year and a half.

Squat: 315 lbs. literally ass to grass.
Bench: 220 lbs. pause rep.
Deadlift: 468 lbs. traditional form.

All done in first powerlifting meet.
Was a really good time, in November I'll do another one in the 148 lbs. class.
