>mixed grip
I'd say
>Double Overhand on warmup sets
>Mixed on working weight
Is fine
In SS:BBT this is encouraged for developing grip strength while letting you lift heavy on your last 3 sets
Strength is worth shit if you can't back it up with a strong grip

Right here.
I rarely use enough weight to justify going mixed, though. I like doing high rep sets. Easier to keep good form. Maybe once every two weeks or so I'll test myself with a third plate and go mixed grip.

I've used overhand grip up until this point, but am now forced to mixed grip because my forearms aren't strong enough.
How do I into stronk grip?

I've never even tried to mix grip. Still pulling double overhand with 545 1rm.
Chalk and my hands is all I need.

>deadlifts working your biceps
Lol
Couldn't be attributed to bad form or trying to lift more than you're actually able to :^)
I just use hook grip for double overhand. It hurts like a bitch when you first start, but you eventually get used to it. It's just another burn you get to feel after pulling some heavy ass weight.

>hook grip
yeah no
I switched to mixed immediately after figuring out that conventional grip just rips my leg skin off

Just started using hook grip today, had crazy DOMS afterwards but it feels pretty good
>>37489987
people have snapped their shit up doing every exercise imaginable with every grip imaginable
better stop working out
>using chalk
