Attach heavy weight to your waist
Get on a stood or chair or some hit under a pullup bar
Do the reverse motion for a pullup and hold it for 3 seconds downward
Do as many reps as you can before you feel like dying. Do this enough and your forearms as well as your lats and bis will blow the fuck up.

I get compliments all the time on how strong I look, despite having a very normal physique (fat even), however, I have genetically lean forearms built soley by deadlifts. I started recieveing comments on my forearms before even reaching 300 lb deadlift.
Even at a 300lb deadlift, the forearm roller gave me massive forearm pumps at only 10 lbs x 1 roll up and roll down.
If you have to do more than diddlys for forearms you're pathetic
