Comfy squishy soles will fuck up your footing, stability and kinetic chain in any lift on your feet. You want a flat, hard, preferably thin sole for general lifting.
Also some belt buckle strap shot high around the ankle, will interfere with ankle movement in squats, especially in high bar, perhaps not such am issue in low bar.
It looks like a shoe your spend loads of money on that only impinges on lifting.
All white Chucks, all white Adipowers, or Asics Kayano 20's if I'm running.
