fastest full body workout? i want them newbie gains but don't want to spend more than 30 mins in the gym.

right now i'm working out 7 days a week. m-w-f lift heavy, other days run 30 min.

i never feel like i hit everything on lifting days though. is it possible?

if you wanna be healthy eat well and do cardio, e.g. cycle to work
lifting isn't for health it's for aesthetics

Stop running so much, lift at least 4 days a week, hit everything. Lats, delt, traps, quads, hams, and chest to name a few. You probably should eat more as well. Try to get at least one gram of protein per pound of body weight.

Lift heavy with proper form only concentrating on main muscle groups. So deadlift, squat, bench, incline, pull down, row, maybe some dips or pull ups with assistance or negatives. Then add abs in the running days. That's my best suggestion. I like wierd reps for this time 1*8, 3*5,3*3,1*1..... try it gets a bit hypertrophy a bit ss

AllPro. Switched to it like last week or so and it's a pretty decent full-body routine.

Also, you should be spending around an hour working out. You won't see progress working out for 30 minutes.

Lifting is definitely for health not just for aesthetics. don't post advice anymore.

>wants gains
>doesn't want to put in the effort
never gonna make it

>lifting isn't for health

You're just fucking around right?... Ok.

just lift for an hour and stop being a bitch.
>>
even 45 mins and you can get a hell of a workout in, in that amount of time
>>

>full body workout
>7 days a week

don't. you don't have time to recover between workouts. if you really want to go 7 days a week then do a split. Look into repeating Push Pull Legs routines (PPLPPLPPLPPL...)
