I have shoulder pain on the side here with the smaller trapezius muscle. (I know they are both small) but could the anterior shoulder pain I feel in the front by the biceps tendon in the shoulder have something to do with the atrophy ive experienced in the trap around that area? How do I fix this? It doesnt look too noticeable in a picture but in person its just a lot flatter like its hardly there its pathetic.
