Hey i got this creatine, and it says take 6 after working and 6 in the morning if you dont work out that day, Should i take 3 in the morning 3 at night or all 6 when it says?

Yes, it doesn't matter when you take it. It's something that saturates your body and stays there for a long time, it's not like a caffeine hit before you work out.

Doesn't matter when you take it but I usually take it before workout because I feel more energized right after taking it (probably placebo).
