Been doing various ab excersices and week and a half of keto-diet recently. Atm trying to eat less (less than 3k cals) and doing some cardio, im getting some results but not as fast as i would love to. Any other tips?

i used to do pullups daily like 1year ago but since im in new place i cant find fucking bar anywhere >_<
