I've been drowning my plain boneless skinless chicken breast in Franks Red Hot Sauce Buffalo. Bottle claims it's 0 calories but the sodium is high? Thoughts? I'm not counting the calories, am i going over? Is it bad to eat it?

Tabasco is the best of the vinegar based sauces, very low sodium too.

IIRC Frank's buffalo does indeed have some calories as it has a bit of oil.
My understanding that "buffalo" sauce is merely cayenne pepper sauce AKA louisiana hot sauce + melted butter.
You can really just buy the budget brand Louisiana and Cayenne pepper sauces. They are the same as franks red hot original. Hot sauce satisifies one of the three things that make food delicious: salty. The others are crunchy and fatty.
