wasn't expecting to be all the same colour

estimated 1RM as of this morning and yesterday @ 84kg

Back Squat: 135 kg
Deadlift: 175 kg
Bench Press: 95 kg
Overhead Press: 60 kg
Chin-up: 35 kg added

i'm sick of this cut lads, my strength levels are shot
