Hey guys, what is your 1 year progression on the bench, squat, dead lift, and ohp? One year ago I decided to stop being a fat piece of shit and start lifting and run in every day. Here is my progress.

>6ft, 168lbs

1 rep max for all. I know my squat and diddy are not that great, but I do feel pretty proud of my bench and ohp considering my weight loss

Between my first year of lifting and my second year of lifting I had similar progress, but for five instead of one.
Your ohp is great though. I don't think I've ever seen anyone do a two plate ohp in person.
How long had you been lifting one year ago? Those stats aren't your starting point are they?

They are for free wieghts. For about 2 years I lifted with machines and anything with chest and shoulders just seemed easy to me. When I hit the free weights for the first time all my friends were impressed I could get 1 plate even though I didn't think it was a big deal cause I could easily rep 200 shoulder press on machines. I quit machines cause I never saw any physical gain

It's pretty fucking hard. I feel like I, gonna shit my brains out after I lift it. I'm not a big fan of maxing but me and my friends do it. They kick my ass on squats and dead lift but I'm the bench and ohp king

OHP: 85 lbs but I didn't do this until ~8 months in.
Bench: 95 lbs
Squat: 195 lbs
DL: 225 lbs

Started doing OHP after 8 months in, 85 lbs @ 5 reps

1 year
OHP: 155 lbs
Bench: 235 lbs
Squat: 355 lbs
DL: 365 lbs

These three are a years progress. My bench is about 6 months progress since I hurt my self in high school benching so I became extremely paranoid and stopped heavy benching for about 2 years. Once I stopped being a pussy back in December/January these were the results:
