>tfw live in Eastern European shithole
>have to do construction work
>come back home tired and have no energy for the gym
I was lifting for 2 years for 5 days a week but then I finished school and now I can't go because my job fucks my shit up.
What do, bros?
>>37443923
eat more and go to the gym anyway, you'll adapt
>>37443923
I would happily carry on eating her asshole even if she was having a shit.

>faggots who never worked on a construction job
adapt your workout rutine OP, reduce volume until you can actually manage to do both things without dying
eat a lot more, and hydrate yourself constantly
don't kill yourself too much at your job if you don't have to (aka don't ego-work, trust me this is a thing at construction jobs), try to fix your posture each time you lift something heavy/do something harsh for your body, and don't be afraid to ask for help if you have to
try to go to the gym before you start work
>>37445340
>I've never seen a womans asshole before
>>37443923
I've done this. 6 days a week, 11 hours a day. Shit fucks you up, but you get used it. In a few weeks your body will adapt and you'll have enough energy to lift after work, just make sure you get enough calories and sleep in.
Also, eastern European btw.
>>37443923
The construction guys at my gym all go before work.
No way would a good workout happen after 8 hours of building work.
>>37445471
can confirm
one summer I worked a job so physically demanding (for me at least) that I wasn't able to walk in a straight line from the car to my place. Working out before work was difficult and I didn't feel like it at all but it was doable.
