Yes of course; if you're eating food that doesn't give you the right amount of lipids, protein, vitamins, and minerals then you're not going to be as healthy as those who do.

Either you are are wrong or most nutrition websites are wrong. Google will tell you a medium banana is 105 calories. This estimate is repeated everywhere pretty much.
Fun fact bananas don't have much potassium really.

Ya, most food doesn't have a lot of potassium in it which makes it difficult for us to meet the daily requirement.

Using a "lite salt" which is like 50/60% potassium chloride and 40/50% sodium is probably the easiest way to consistently get enough potassium.
