I'm on keto now, BUT I wasn't when it happened earlier this year, and I was just cutting at 1600-1800 kcal.

You could still be eating too little, thus depleting your muscle glycogen and ending up with literally pissing out your muscle. Try bumping up your post-workout carbs a tad.

It's true, happened to me. Even had heightened creatinine values in my blood for a while.

Not saying you can't do low carb, just make sure to gorge on some potatoes or rice or whatever immediately lifting.

I think so, but it works well. Especially if you plan to do strength sports in the meantime.

I got sick for a little while and ended up losing 10kg (REEEEEEE) off my squat so I wouldn't take any chances if you lift heavy
