Breakfast: usually nothing, otherwise 3 eggs and plain toast

Snack: apple and veggies, coffee

Lunch: Quinoa with chicken breast or sandwiches (no mayo or cheese)
Salad with light Wafu dressing or homemade dijon vinaigrette

Pre workout: whey protein and water

Dinner: varies every day, usually under 500cal

in a day im always around 2000cals, sometimes around 2300

post workout:
potatoes, fish/chicken/beef, lentils, veggies

then I just snack on nuts and veggies for the rest of the day
2800-3300kcal per day (more on days where I workout because of appetite)

3 strips turkey bacon
3 eggs with chopped chives and black bean salsa
Overnight oats - prepared with half a cup of frozen berries, half a cup of almond milk, and half a cup of greek gurt
Fuckload of black coffee

Lunch:
Usually chicken breast, steamed veggies, and sweet potato

Dinner: usually a grab bag
Some kinda frozen wild caught fish fillets and quinoa or chicken + sweet potato again

Snacks usually include a few servings of nuts, whey + water protein shakes, or cottage cheese
