I have 1hr 30min gap between my classes so I workout for 40 min. play apehoop for 20min, and use the last 30, for a quick shower and walk to class.

About an hour to 1:10 but it would be a lot shorter if I wasn't so lazy and taking long rests.

I split my work outs into two throughout the day.
45 minutes in the morning doing a 5x5 of my main compound movement for the day + an accessory and abs
60-90 minutes in the evening doing the rest of the accessories and more abs. Occasionally I'll throw in cardio as well.

Some cable work to warm up, then compound lifts, then isolation lifts, drop the weight more isolation lifts. Keep going to failure. Takes 45 mins.

My bench and OHP days typically last around an hour, squat and deadlift days are around one-and-a-half hours or so.

I'm on 3 times a week after 8 months
kit at home so no waiting around, i do 4 lifts in around 30/40 mins
20 mins of HIIT a day (ladder circuits, trying to push to 30 min)
about 15/20 mins of core a day (i neglected it for a long time)
1.5 to 2 hrs doing ppl. Waiting 5 mins between sets on compounds
