Macro wise, yes. Switch to something like a flavored seltzer water. Walmart makes ridiculously sweet ones. I keep a 12 pack of the black cherry in the fridge in case I ever want a soda. Drink flavored seltzer for a while, then flip to plain water little by little. You literally need to ween your taste buds off of sugar.
