how much does lifting weight stunt your growth?
did I cuck myself out of a possible late growth spurt?

Yup. And there is a shit tonne of scientific evidence to back it up.

so how dramatic of an effect can it have?
I only need an inch or two more bro, give me hope
>>37413549
how old were you when you started?
>>37413645
19
I'm 19 now
>>37413654
youll be fine.
at the MOST it could've stunted about an inch.
how tall are you now?
>>37413663
5'10
i just turned 18 and i'm 6'2
been lifting about a year
how fucked did i get
>>37413654
lmao that's fine, I didn't see anyone else I know grow another fucking inch nor can I tell. As long as you skip leg day what's the problem
>>37413670
dude you're fine.
im 5'8 :v
but not because i lifted too soon. pleb height genetics
>>37413672
you're already a god at that height, just keep lifting
I started lifting when I was 14. Ended up taller than my dad and my brother. Didn't start doing deadlifts/heavy squats until I was 15, though. Now that I think about it, my last growth spurt was about that time, but it may just be a coincidence.

Well I'm 6'5" and didn't lift as a teen at all so odds are that yeah if I had I'd merely be king of manlets.
