How much water do you drink a day?
Do you do it consistently throughout the day or at certain times?
I always feel bloated and was wondering what your thoughts are. Obviously I'm not in pre-competition mode or anything. Just going for those aesthetics

I don't carry water. I drink when I'm thirsty. Boo hoo about the last 5% of performance from optimal hydration. My million dollar paycheck isn't riding on me getting just the right amount of water.
If you care, drink water until you pee clear four or five times a day.
If you really care, measure the specific gravity of your urine. It should be between 1.000 and 1.010.

I drink about 4-5 liters a day sometimes more. Never feel bloated.

I drink about 4 liters a day and still feel bloated most of the day. Anyone get like this or am I just slow metabolism?
I drink a fuckin ton of water every day. I have a 12 oz Dasani bottle that I fill with water fountain water probably 6-8 times per day, then I fill up my 20 oz water cup at home at least two or three times a day

I have always enjoyed the broscience of 1L of water per 1000 calories drank. Simple and seems to work well.
