I gained 30kgs over the last year. I´m now 1,85m 86Kg and still feel thin as fuck. I wanted to reach 95kg, but my belly feels fat as fuck.
Should I diet down to 80Kg to skeleton mode or should I bulk more and just dont give a shit about my fat belly?
