Well, let me rephrase it. My girlfriend wants to lift, but I'm shit at teaching. I lift with her and I try to teach her things like proper squat form, but I just suck at teaching. She usually gets frustrated and quits out after a few sets because she can't do things like squat with her heels down.
I feel like a shitty teacher.
