There's been no conclusive evidence of the effectiveness of keto over a standard hipocaloric diet for fat loss. It's also obviously much worse for your overall health since you're limiting the amount of nutrients you're getting. I guess there's some potential benefit if you have a hard time sticking to a traditional diet though, since the high protein and fat contents of the diet will make you feel more saciated. I just think it's a really unhealthy diet long term.

Just try it out and see if it works for you. IMHO it's a meme diet but depending on your goals, many things can work.

This keeps the energy ratio right. I mainly eat wings because I love them. Just remember to eat a lot of green veges and supplement with fish oil, calcium and mineral water.
