How do you guys deal with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)?
I feel like it is killing my gains by forcing me to take a 72 hour break from lifts

Keep lifting till they go away.
I took a week off sometimes, but eventually you'll just get stronger.
Had DOMS for around 3 months.
how many times have you lifted?

I'm 8 months in. Don't get DOMs anymore.
I lift 3 times a week now, and do light cardio 7 times.

You can lift with DOMS......
Shit goes away even faster if you do.
But it will go away pretty quick if you arent undertraining

That's a torn muscle.
>>37333734
I haven't had any problems in 5 months.
My pain threshold isn't high enough to deal with a torn muscle for 3 months senpai. It was DOMs

If you're experiencing pain in your muscles for three months straights then you've fucking torn it. At most I had pain for three weeks and that was when I really strained myself during a lift.

Well I guess I'm alpha then because I never did anything about it and it's fine now.

Tbqh I can't lift with Dom's. Can barely get the bar up
