I need advice

I've been working out the past few months. I can feel that my chest is getting stronger, but here is the problem.- I have a fatty chest. So it looks ridiculous when I wear a T-shirt and look at me from the side. It's really embarrasing actually. How can I get rid of that chest fat?

PLEASE do not keep telling me "cut/drop weight" and all that bullshit. I'm 5ft 10inchs tall, 140lbs. I'm skinny as fuck so "cutting" won't help me at all

A few months is nowhere near enough to build a chest that's noticeable beneath a shirt. And as other people pointed out, you have very very little muscle mass within that 140lbs. You're still over 15% BF, closer to 20. Don't let these facts discourage you, your starting point looks exactly like mine, see >>37332671. I was 140-145ish @ 5'9. I've walked your shoes. Got a long way to go, but the choice is yours wether or not you it's worth it knowing it'll be closer to a year before your chest truly flattens out and looks somewhat muscular. My 2 cents - it's worth it. keep going.

And I'm not trying to be a dick or put you down but if you have a chest day think about witching to doing full body or upper lower split so you can hit chest two to three times a week. Protein synthesis only last 48 hrs after a work out. It has been shown objectively by science that hitting a muscle two or three times a week is much more effective than once a week. No debate. There's no number or something to reference as far as the scale goes because when bulking you're putting on both fat and muscle, the ratio of each being based on what your daily caloric surplus is/was, how well you followed your lifting routine, and how many months you bulked.

Good rule of thumb though is, especially in your first year, is to bulk for an entire 6-8 straight months before even considering a cut.

This is so fucking depressing. I'm 6'1" 185lbs and my lifts are 105lbs OHP/150 BP/200 squat/275 DL (5rm). So slightly taller/thinner/weaker, and my body looks pretty much like that (body hair and all).

I'm not sure where you started from and how long you've been at it, but idk man... that body and your stats make me so depressed.

Turbo sexy manlet reporting. I've been on an eternal cut for more than a year (I was fat as fuck) now I feel like fuckin' zyzz brah' yeah cunt, but I still want to go so much further. The thing is that I want to get leaner but I also want to put on more muscle. Should I keep cutting? Started lifting again after straining my back 3 weeks back due to fucked up form on my squat. I'm at 75lbs on squat and 20lbs on adjustable dumbbells. Also started running today, 1.62mi in 20 minutes; did a 13m mile... Which feels like I'm a freshman in high school again. At least could consistently do 3.1mi on a bike at level 9. Burned 480 calories in total across both. I lift every other day and go up by 5lbs every two lift sets, take sat/sun off. Am planning on running and swimming (apartment complex has outdoor pool that just opened) in between my lift sets to do cardio.
