Why so low dude?
Stopped cutting/bulking and counting calories after years of obsessive dieting.
Now I just eat good, healthy foods. No soda, candy or junk food.
This is pretty much my everyday diet.
Breakfast: Oats with 1-2 fruits.
Lunch and dinner: Rice/pasta/potatoes with vegetables and lean meat like fish or chicken.
Snack #1: Carb heavy snack for pre workout. Like fruit salad or a sandwich.
Snack #2: Protein heavy snack after workout. Usually quark or protein bars.
If I feel fat (above 15%), I cut down on portion sizes for a while. If my lifts are suffering, I up them.

Yeah, maybe it is. That depends what your goals are. I stopped at 6'3 190 around 10-12% bf and feel quite comfortable here. Might have gotten slightly fatter.
