3 days ago I started doing a 25min HIIT workout. I definitely felt it after I was done, on the first day. Will HIIT help me lose a good deal of stubborn bellyfat, while on a proper caloric deficit diet (roughly 1750 calories)? I also have a cup of brown rice with quinoa as part of my post meal. Should I cut those carbs out or keep them? I am getting enough protein so as not to lose the little muscle I gained before I started HIIT.

yes as long as you are at a deficit you will lose fat

I would reccomend finding a better routine though if that picture you posted is it

I like HIIT I'm doing right now. I use a soccer field, you sprint from one end to the other, and walk back. Repeat 10 times. If you can, slowly turn the walk rep into a jog rep. Once you can do full sprint/jog then add reps

Helps with cardio and gets your heart going insanely fast. I was a fat piece of shit when I started this, I'm still fat but I can run without dying
