or is it broscience? I seem some of you dudes talking about having 200 grams - 300 grams of carbs per day and I just don't fucking know how. If I have more than 150, I feel bloated as fuck all day and it's uncomfortable as fuck.

That's what I thought and when I told my bro that if I eat more than 100 - 150 carbs he told me it was psychological because carb sensitivity is "bro" science--his words. If I ate 200 - 300 grams of carbs per day I'd feel like complete fucking shit.
