Start lifting and keep at it. Your body looks like shit atm but you'll be surprised what it can look like if you add muscle and reduce fat. It'll be a world's difference if you just give it time.
You don't have to go 'le beast mode hardcover 100% effort' because that will increases chances of burning out
Put it hard work but don't kill yourself. Make sure you enjoy your fitness journey .
The people who build great bodies have patience . It'll take a while . Just enjoy the ride my dude .
