It's been scientifically proven to shrink your balls, only women do them.

I did; they don't make your waist smaller from the front, only from the sides. They can be decent as a lower/mid-back stretch. Aside from that, they help develop ab control. Stopped doing them though 'cuz their kinda pointless in my opinion. The benefits don't outweigh the costs of time and effort.
