Not OP but on a related note I'm allergic to chicken and beans (like baked, kidney, etc.).

Anybody know why or what could be causing it? Went to the doctors and they just said nobody would be interested in finding out why because I can eat other meats fine.

damn thats fucked up, id suggest things like quinoa, chickpeas, alfalfa, peas, lentils, legumes and shit. there are some some pretty good coconut milk curries out there, since you can't eat any normal meat proteins maybe seafood? shrimp and salmon and stuff. good luck op

I have celiac disease, and some other weird shit that my doctor can't diagnose (I think it's IBS, but I'm no professional). I can't eat soy, corn, dairy, wheat, barley, rye, oats, or certain types of sulphur/ benzoate-based preservatives. It's really overwhelming at first, but then you'll realize it's no big deal. Here's what I eat:

>rice cooker/ electric pressure cooker filled with split peas, lentils, or beans (main protein source) and any kind of potato/ pumpkin/ squash (carb source)

I also bake potatoes, make oven fries, etc. The rice/ pressure cooker is really cool because you can program it and cook pretty much anything in it. Zojirushi and Instapot are good brands.

You can also add some vegetables directly to the rice cooker/ pressure cooker

>Top with sunflower seeds, peanuts, pecans, flax seeds, avocado, pumpkin seeds, etc. for some fat

This is pretty much what I eat every day. It never gets boring, especially once you start adding spice to everything. It becomes more convenient when you switch to a 1-2 meal per day setup. Use fruit for snacking. You'll make gains just fine as long as you eat enough protein and calories.

Also, is this a legit doctor (like a general practitioner) or a naturopath? If it's the latter, this diagnosis means absolutely nothing.
