dude, not saying you shouldn't focus on looking your best--you absolutely should--but at 30 you should be trying to make a Rich Crew, not an aesthetics crew. Money, especially if you're fit and attractive, will make your life SO much more badass than having single digit bodyfat and being tan. I mean, do both, but focus more on money. Nothing will open more pussies for you than having a fat stack of cash.
