Do you train Chest and Bizeps in one day or Chest and Triceps? And why?

I train chest and biceps on the same day. I like to call it beach day, because girls like those muscles, I get that pump and then go to the beach on those days. Feels good.

agreed

I do all pull on one day (back + biceps) and all push on a separate date (chest, tris and/or delts).
Occasionally I do chest+bis, or chest+back to change it up. But usually I need the time to recover. I'm not trying to do memes like "feeder workouts". When I hit a muscle I hit it hard
I just do upper body all togerher
A brosplit would neglect the chance to directly train every upper body muscle group 3-4 times a week, so i don't see the point

is it working out for you?
>>37269635
Most movements for the chest recruit the triceps so it makes sense.

Partially, i've stalled on 2, so i'm gonna try deloading for a week on both. Lat pulldown amd rear delt flyes, which can't be a coincidence. Maybe the order in which i do them?

Also i wouldn't know how to deal with not going every day, haha
>>37270094
thats the problem for me, whenever i do chest i cant do triceps because i cant do my maximum effort because my triceps is already tired from the benchpress etc.

How is that a criticism exactly?
>I can't do hard isolation triceps because I already did hard compound triceps
>>37269635
I train biceps everyday and do zero compounds outside of bench. Guess I'm a curlbro.
