>starting lifting in february this year
>strength has improved a ton, I can 2 times my initial max weight now
>not really more muscles
I-is this normal?
if your generics are average then you probably wont look like you lift for about 3 years of consistency.
You fell for the low volume strength meme. You probably asked if you could add some accessories at the end of your workouts and everyone told you know because 3 sets of hammer curls would completely wreck your recovery or some bullshit.

SS/SL will make you strong but it won't do shit for aesthetics. If you want aesthetics do a bodybuilding program like all pro's beginners routine or something like that.

Try a sentence.
You have more muscle, it's just not more visible. >Add cardio to your routine.
>Use a bike for transportation.
>Just lose fat in one way or another.
>Tl;dr : cut

If your lifts are going up then no, you might need to switch it up as time goes on.
Try some isolation work on areas you want to grow more, cut down bf%, and just give it some time mang it's only been three months.
