I just climbed 213 floors in 30 mins on the stair master.
I have not done Cardio more than 6 times in the past year.
My face is dark red, my heart is still pounding ten minutes later, my sides are cramping and I may puke.
Did I do good? Can I die smiling?
Who else does similar from time to time?
