It'd be cool if you could do it, but there's a huge difference between getting linear gains non-stop from 0 plate to 1.5 plate vs. 1.5 plate to 3 plate. Don't get discouraged when you don't hit it in four months though. You'll make it eventually.

While a lot of guys developed muscles, I developed my social and artistic skills and then, because of all that book learnin' and saving I did, I went on to university.
I didn't have time to lift weights, play sports, etc.

I do have time to get fit now that I'm an adult, except the difference is that I have a huge network of friends, contacts, an education, and a lifetime of good experiences, rather than just spending my best years in a musty workout room, and in a couple years I'll be more fit than most of the people who took the other route, since they seem to mostly end up working shitty jobs in construction, policing, etc and eventually letting themselves go.

I suppose what I'm saying is: Fuck you. I can only bench 1 plate, right now, but I can LIFE way fucking harder than most of you faggots ever will, and those gains don't go away after you've got them.

While I've been lifting seriously for 6 years (barring 2.5 months for basic), my diet has always been shit.

It took me 3 years to hit 225 Bench for 5 reps. I'm still only at 285 for 5 right now.

I hit 315 squat within 8 months. I'm at 365x5 right now but I am disabled after my deployment. My highest was 415x5. Maybe I'll get back up there

My Deadlift is 405x12. I use chalk and no belt.

My Overhead press is 225x5.

And literally very few people in my gym are stronger without obviously being on roids.

Ive been lifting before that for like 1 year plus but fractured my pelvis so stopped for a while
Ive only just realised how fucked my deadlift from was, so Ive started to notice a big jump in my weights
But ive always enjoyed squatting and for some reason since Im the only dyel who goes atg all the big guys love to give me advice etc so my squat form has always been on point

It's took me 1 Year of serious lifting to get these numbers, started clean bulking at 65KG now at 74KG (5'11) just getting out of ottermode now moving into athletic mode. Prolly hit 4/3/2/1 within 5 weeks hopefully. Wanna get a 160KG squat and 200KG diddly before the end of the year.
