i've read that if you pinch your nipples and they really hurt it's gyno. gyno tits are composed of mammary tissue, not fat, and i guess they have more nerves and are sensitive.
some suggestions:
1) lose weight and you'll know
2) consult a doctor to find out for sure
3) seriously, just lose fucking weight
