I'm speaking from experience. All fentanyl patches are measured in micrograms per hour and are meant to last 72 hours(but they honestly only last like 48 if you've actually got some serious pain). Lidocaine DOES come in patches. I have them downstairs. They're huge, but I don't know if that's what she's got on because they look so different.
The fentanyl patches also say what they are on the outside of it along with the strength of the dose. I'm assuming this is just in case one falls off of somebody, so if it's picked up or stuck to something, or if a kid picks it up, an adult can grab it and take care of it instead of letting the kid play with it like a harmless sticker, because it would probably die. Especially since kids like putting weird random shit in their mouths, and you have a way better absorption with fentanyl through your gums/under your tongue than you do on your skin. Putting it in your mouth will almost completely cancel out the fact that it's time released and you'll get 3 days worth of medicine in 1 shot.
That's why stupid junkies are dying from it. It's measured in micrograms for a reason, and going off mine, which are 50mcg/hr, that's got 5.10 mg in the entire patch, which is supposed to last 3 days. A dumbass junkie thinking "oh 5.10mg I took a perc 5 once and it didn't do shit these are probably garbage" and oh would you look at that you died because you took 3 fucking days worth of medicine in like an hour.
But anyway, yeah. I can say that I'm very close to 100% sure they aren't fentanyl, and probably aren't Lidocaine patches, but a Lidocaine patch seems more likely. They're used for joint pain and I think just mostly bones? Like lower back and knees and shit. They kinda work on my knees, but not really. Don't do shit for my back. I was eating Taco Bell for almost every meal and almost every day. It was actually a fat hate thread on /b/ back then (oldfag) that convinced me to do something. I at first just started going on walks. Then I quit drinking soda. I would go to the gym but I didn't know what I was doing, so I would just do some treadmill for 30-45 minutes at a time. Bought a bicycle when I got down to 250. Rode it everywhere. Went back to school. It just snowballed for years as one small positive thing I did turned into another one and another one.
I'm 210 right now and have been powerlifting for a couple years. I had never squat before and now I win competitions doing it. You still have time to fix shit and even though you have tons of shit to fix, a journey of 1,000 miles begins with only a step.
